About the Forum
The seventh Forum was held in Colombo and online from 10 to 12 November 2021, again as a supporter of #FlyingLess. It gathered scientists, practitioners and policy makers in sustainability from Asia and the Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Africa.
Each speaker framed their work around a Sustainable Development Goal, from gender equality and quality education to clean water, climate action and partnerships for the goals.

Plenary session
Perspectives on SDGs 5, 6, 12 and 17 from parliament, the United Nations and universities in Sri Lanka, Japan, South Africa and Zambia.

Parallel sessions: Asia and the Pacific, and Africa
Twenty presentations on climate action, life on land, health, education, clean water, peace and justice, and sustainable consumption and production.

Session: Latin America
Ten presentations from Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Peru and Mexico on education, sustainable cities, gender equality, life on land and sustainable fashion.

Exceptional Women in Sustainability Awards 2021
The Exceptional Women in Sustainability Awards 2021 (eWisely Awards) were presented in an online ceremony.
